RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by bowtiebounty.com for every product sold on our site.

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund .

Scope of Guarantee

All products on bowtiebounty.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but bowtiebounty.com can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them 

Guaranteed Protection Period

You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by contacting us. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns Shipping Fee
If you agreed  to return your item, please also note that a shipping fee may apply if you reside outside the United States or Canada.  If you reside within the United States or Canada any associated shipping costs will be refunded to you if your refund request is approved.


Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you reside outside of the United States or Canada.  Applicable shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
